About education and knowledge transfer
Transfer of Supreme Knowledge, knowledge of the Gods, the world order, the inner nature and the proper behavior, knowledge of the rites and customs, as well as training practices, rituals, reading the signs of Nature and the Gods, sacred symbols, and lots more are always passed from Teacher to Disciple personally, directly.
In the role of the Teacher can act as a senior in the community/family, priest or magician, and sometimes the Gods themselves, either directly or in their incarnations. Disciples are also subjected to selection, screening through tests like intellect, and will (one of the most common examples is categorical and continuous refusal to training for verification Disciples will to learning).

Today the situation is far worse than it was in a lovely old.

We are talking about the transfer of knowledge from Heart to Heart, from which it is reflected in mind.
Such a transfer of knowledge and training is incomparable with modern rite proposals to pass “courses of priest/sorcerer craft” on the Internet (for payment), or visit the semester of “Slavic school magicians”, “Vedic seminary” and other profanes of sacred knowledge (and the knowledge of the Sacred) initiatives from some modern Pagans.*
No true initiation into the higher realms in this case can not be. You can read a stack of books about the conduct of calendar holidays, but nothing can replace the live experience, and sometimes a retreat from the letter of the book, even a really written by good person.
You can draw on the memory of all floors Neoplatonic emanations of the Divine, but be far from even climbing on the first step.
Julius Evola in his discussions about initiation notices a incredibly vulgar and profane nature of modern esoteric societies of the West, who offered initiation by mail(!). We fully agree with the Baron of the absurdity and futility of such “initiations”. Today his words are relevant not only for the West but also for the East too.
Education and Knowledge transfer and initiation go hand in hand, like snakes on the rod of Hermes, so we can talk for a long time on this subject, but as a brief summary of this little argument we can make the following instruction:
Eschew any “school of priests” and promises to “know the truth, light and purity” by mail or Internet. Look for communication and instruction from living respectable and decent people. For this is not shameful even to quit work and cross half the world.
Seeks the Supreme Knowledge, Eternal Wisdom, despite all the difficulties and sorrows of such knowledge. Because spiritual selfknowlege “bares nerves” of perception of the world (simply: tear illusions like skin from eyes) and does not provide pain relief, as naive seekers crave pleasant feeling.
And finally – learn from the Gods themselves, be worthy of their children, and hence themselves as Gods in nature.
